i luv drawing comics so when i'm feeling angry i make the person i'm mad at resemble a character in my story. then something bad happends to her in the story. then i feel a bit better. here's a tip if you love art draw something sad when you feel sad. if you love acting make something suspensful or dramatic when you feel mad. turn your hobby into a stress ball to relinquish your tense feelings into something. but remember your your own dctor do your own unique hobby.
